Course Overview
This course will increase your fitness awareness and confidence in working with the elderly. At the end of this course, you will be able to provide specialised individual or group training exercise programmes for the elderly across with a spectrum of fitness levels (i.e. inactive elderly to active senior athletes) or with common medical conditions like arthritis and chronic pain.
