$SENIORS Strength & Balance Classes Mon\/Wed 1:00 Fall Winter 2025\/26$

Mon & Wed 1:00-2:00 pm $10.00 - STRENGTH & BALANCE class. Includes seated warm up; seated STRENGTH with resistance bands, optional light hand-held weights for some clients & small balls; 15 mins of standing BALANCE work that WILL challenge you & you WILL SEE RESULTS after only 4 weeks! We finish with 15 mins of full body Stretches to prevent pain & stiffness later; you may bring your own equipment, or borrow or purchase at class.
Locations: 'Sally Sunshine Gentle Fitness-Seniors Fitness Studio' in Heritage Place Mall, located between restrooms & Service Canada, on your right.
