We are opening a SENIORS ONLY dojo in Leicester City Centre.Following the great success of our recent seniors seminars we are opening our first ever seniors only club in conjunction with Age UK Leicester Shire & Rutland
****SELF DEFENCE skills and GENTLE KARATE **** will be taught at our friendly and fun classes. Come along to have a go at this excellent and highly effective form of exercise.
The first TWO sessions are completely free and we have even made the start time late enough to allow your free bus pass to kick in so you can travel to us for free too.
