A drumming rhythm workshop is a fantastic way for seniors to engage in a fun, interactive activity that promotes physical and mental well-being. Participants can enjoy creating music together, improving their coordination, and experiencing the joy of rhythm in a supportive environment.Seniors Morning Tea are held on the second Friday of each month and participation is FREE. Tea, coffee and light morning tea are provided. New faces are always welcome to join in. No booking required.
