Seniors League (The Bocce Brunch Bunch)

You’d be joining a group of the happiest, greatest, friendliest seniors in the world.

LEAGUE STRUCTURE

6 regular season matches. Teams with best records advance to the two-week playoff rounds.

Up to 14 teams — with 8 -10 players on each team. (Some of the teams may be all from the same church, synagogue, neighborhood, or club in town. ) Some individuals will join individually, and be placed on a great team.

During the year, there will be a league in the Spring, Summer and Fall.

Each week, matches will be at 11 and noon on Tuesdays. Right after matches, there will be a picnic party (with boxed picnic lunches catered by Palisades Garden Cafe). So fun.

No previous bocce experience necessary. You can learn as you go. You’ll be a star in no time. Awards for the winning teams. Lots of other charming little extras along the way.

COSTS: $125 for a League Season (+$9.34 processing fee).

(Fees are payable to a 501(c)(3) charitable corporation (Your Palisades Park) for the purpose of defraying expenses associated with the running of the bocce leagues and the maintenance of the bocce courts and picnic areas of Veterans Gardens.)
