Join us for a day dedicated to health, vitality, and community connection!
Our Senior Wellness Fair brings together trusted local organizations and resources to help seniors maintain resiliency and dignity as they navigate the aging journey.
At the fair, you’ll be able to connect with organizations offering everything from home care services and legal or financial guidance to health and fitness programs, companionship opportunities, and resources for employment and volunteering.
In addition to these valuable resources, the day will also feature a special group exercise sampler in ECC’s Building 5, where you can try out some of the classes currently offered and preview new ones coming soon. Guests can also take part in a fun table scavenger hunt for the chance to win raffle prizes.
This is also the first major event in the new home for the Town of Hamburg Recreation, Youth & Senior Services! Come explore the space and see what’s ahead for Hamburg’s senior community!
