Join Ross Drawbaugh, DPT, with Neff Physical Therapy York for this free - SENIOR STRENGTH SERIES, held from 3-4pm in the large conference room at the township building.
These 1-hr informative workshops will be tailored to be engaging and beneficial to the group, including discussion/questions and some low impact fitness.

March 3: Knee Pain
March 17: Arthritis
