Explore color, texture, and creativity in this playful 4-week mixed-media program all about birds! Each week, students will be inspired by a different reference image and experiment with a variety of materials—including watercolor, gouache, acrylic paint, ink, and collage—to design their own original bird artwork.
Artists will learn how to layer different mediums, combine loose and detailed techniques, and build dynamic, expressive compositions. By the end of the series, each student will have a vibrant collection of mixed-media bird pieces that showcase their unique style.

This is a 4 week class that will meet on Fridays from 10:30-11:45am. Choose the dates you can attend but save 15% when you register for the entire 4 week session.
We do provide aprons but please dress for mess. All materials for this class are provided by the Art Factory. A complimentary cup of drip coffee is also included for you to enjoy with class each week.
This class is part of an ongoing art program for adults 55 years and older. Classes are typically 4 to 6 weeks and cover various art mediums. Students explore their creativity, while forming meaningful connections within their community. Our classes aim to improve the health and well-being of students through art.
