• Lively Games & Activities (10:00am to 11:00am): Get your heart pumping and your body moving with engaging games in the Sport Court!
• Informative Expo (1:30pm to 3:30pm): Explore a variety of booths featuring health & wellness resources, senior services, and more!
• Energizing Drum Performance (11:30am): Enjoy the dynamic rhythm of our resident drumming group!
• Parkinson's Support Group Kickoff (starts at 4 pm): Connect with others and gain valuable insights.
• Inspiring Speaker, Nate Coomer from the Parkinson’s Fitness Project (1:00pm to 1:30pm): Learn valuable tips on staying active and healthy.
• Our Fitness Team will be conducting Lean Screens (1:30pm to 3:30pm): Our fitness team will use a special app to help you calculate your lean muscle mass using an Augmented Reality experience. This can be a helpful tool to plan your fitness journey and track your progress!
• Healthy Refreshments: Delicious and nutritious snacks to keep you fueled throughout the day.
