Looking for a place to meet others and enjoy fellowship together? Join us for Senior Friendship Days at Redeemer!Redeemer Lutheran Church invites seniors in Bradenton to enjoy our Senior Friendship Days - a time when you can connect with others, enjoy a meal together, learn something new, and refresh your spirit. Come for the whole time or drop in between 11am-2pm. There is no charge to attend, donations for yoga are welcome.
Here's each Senior Friendship Day will go:
11am: Chair Yoga with Uneeda Brewer, certified yoga instructor. Donations for the teacher are welcome.
12pm: Soup Lunch, feel free to bring a sandwich to go along with the soup.
1pm-1:30pm: Speaker on topics of general interest to the community
1:30-2:00: Enjoy our peaceful sanctuary for a time of silence, prayer, or meditation.
On Thursday, Nov. 13th, our speaker will be Katie Becker from Parenting Matters and we’ll learn how we can help the families they support at the holidays. On Thursday, Nov. 20th, Troy Bailey will talk about options for those looking to sign up for Medicare for the first time or to make sure their plan is best.
