Join us for a 45-minute Seated/Standing Pilates Group Class, great for modified fitness levels!Everything will be done either sitting down on a CHAIR or standing since I know with the older population or people limited in movement getting up and down off a mat can be challenging!
This is a limited number class of 5 spots, all equipment and props is supplied!
So come along and let's work up a sweat and move our bodies to the best of our abilities! WE GOT THIS!
Will be held at the CWA Building!
$10 a class! With your 5th and 10th class being $5!
Need 5 people for the class to go ahead!
