Join me starting the 16th and 17th of January 2025 with new exercise classes designed specifically for senior fitness in Levin!
Choose between a higher intensity fitness class that includes cardio, strength and balance, or a class designed for those getting back into fitness, with mobility concerns or recent hip or knee replacements.
Add a flexibility stretch class to finish off your week.
All classes are $5 and designed to keep you motivated, achieve your goals and enjoy a fun and social experience.

Katrina is a specialist in senior fitness and an Active Aging instructor and is bringing much needed new classes to Levin accessible for all. Certified at the American Council of Exercise, MOSSA and NZ Skills Active.
