About this Event
On Friday, June 18th from 10am-2pm, students will celebrate the end of their time at middle school. Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions and limited capacity, only 8th grade students can attend this event and are not able to bring guests inside of the field.
There is not a specific dress code for this event, but we do ask that students should dress comfortably and appropriately, and should be able to comfortably walk around the field.
Schedule of the Day:
Check In -> 10am-11am:
- In-person students check in through the entrance from the school and do a temperature check
- Remote students check in through the back entrance of the field and do a temperature check
- Students will receive swag bags with their graduation cap (we are not providing a gown) Liberty diploma, Senior t-shirt, and other items. The school is covering the cost of these items, and they are free for our 8th grade students.
Speeches and Performances -> 11am-11:45am
- Welcome: Student Speech
- Welcoming Address from Principal Nordtvedt
- Presentation of Graduates
- Closing: Student Speech
Barbecue, Music, Games, and Activities -> 11:45am-1:45pm
- Barbecue Station (Food and Drinks with vegetarian options available)
- Photo Station
- Tie Dye Station (bring any items you would like to tye dye!)
- Yard Games
- DJ and Dancing
Closing and Goodbyes -> 1:45pm-2pm
**PLEASE NOTE: Signing up for this event indicates that students have their guardian's permission to attend. During this event, all attendees MUST wear a mask and follow proper social distancing guidelines.**

El viernes 18 de junio de 10am-2pm. Desafortunadamente, debido a las restricciones de COVID y la capacidad limitada, solo los estudiantes de octavo grado pueden asistir a este evento y no pueden traer invitados dentro del campo.
No hay un código de vestimenta específico para este evento, pero pedimos que los estudiantes se vistan de manera cómoda y apropiada, y que puedan caminar cómodamente por el campo.

Registrarse -> 10am-11am:
- Los estudiantes en persona se registran a través de la entrada de la escuela y hacen un control de temperatura.
- Los estudiantes remotos se registran a través de la entrada trasera del campo y controlan la temperatura.
- Los estudiantes recibirán bolsas de regalos con su birrete de graduación (no proporcionaremos una bata), diploma Liberty, camiseta de último año y otros artículos. La escuela está cubriendo el costo de estos artículos y son gratuitos para nuestros estudiantes de octavo grado.

Clausura y despedidas -> 1:45pm-2pm
