About this Event
I'm a certified yoga therapist with a passion for making yoga accessible, inclusive, and deeply healing. My chair yoga classes are designed for all levels and abilities, especially those managing chronic conditions, mobility challenges, or simply seeking a gentle, supportive practice.
Each class combines mindful movement, breath awareness, and guided relaxation—all done from a chair or using a chair for support. We focus on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and peace of mind, while building a sense of community and connection. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to movement, you're welcome just as you are.
Can't make it in person, I also offer it live on zoom.
You will need to do the following:
1.) Send to: [email protected] * This is to let me know that you would like to join. Then I can email you back the Zoom link and waiver form.
2.) Sign the waiver and email it pack to me.
My goal is to make it accessiable to all. Pay what you can.
