Senior Body Sculpting with the Guru of Abs

Join us on Tuesdays once a month* from 9 AM - 10 AM for Senior Body Sculpting with the Guru of Abs! Senior Body Sculpting is an innovative low-impact workout for adults age 55 & up designed to provide a more enjoyable life for our seniors by expanding their awareness and their involvement in health and fitness. Senior body sculpting will help seniors identify their health and wellness goals and provide them with the opportunities necessary to meet those goals. Improving strength, balance, and endurance improves quality of life and reduces the number of visits to the doctor’s office.

FREE Parking is available in the Mercedes-Benz Lot across from Gate 1 on the corner of Northside Dr. and Magnolia St. NW on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional parking will be available on an hourly basis in the Orange Deck.

Rideshare: Guests are encouraged to arrive at the Vine City MARTA Station and use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge to walk across Northside Drive to Gate 1.

MARTA: The preferred station for arrival and departure is the Vine City Station. This station will drop you off just across the street from Gate 1 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge at Northside Drive
