Welcome to Send Surgery!
This is a council run service that supports parents, carers and families with queries relating to the following services: Social Services, Family Support, Speech, Language, Occupational or PhysioTherapies, EHCP, Travel Assistance and General Info.

Please note: You will be given 5 time slot options when booking your ticket, please select ONE service you wish to see and ONE time slot only. Please do not book more than one slot or your booking may be cancelled because we want as many parents as possible to access this face to face support.
If the service you wish to see is fully booked, please try again next month or keep an eye out for any cancellations. We are unable to accomodate if you book another service in hope to see your preferred service. We encourage you to cancel your appointment if you're unable to attend as this impacts other parents who need to access this support.
These events take place once a month, are free and are held at one of our local centres where families can meet officers face to face. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so we can register you properly. We also ask that if you are unable to attend that you email us so that we can ensure other parents benefit from these appointments.
