This year's SEND Family Support's Santa's Grotto & Christmas Market will be at Oak Wood School, Sutton Court Road, Uxbridge, UB10 9HT. On Saturday 14th December, from 12pm to 5pm.For families caring for children & young adults with SEND (special educational needs & disabilities) and their siblings accompanied by their parent/carers to the Sixth annual SEND Family Support's Santa’s Grotto & Christmas Market 2024.
We are looking forward to seeing as many SEND Families as possible and we know that Santa has missed all of you too.
Entrance to the Christmas Market is free, but there will be charges for using the bouncy castles and other attractions/stalls. You can purchase Bouncy Castle Access Passes in advance or on the day and collected from the sign-in table.
Entrance to Santa's Grotto is £5 per Child/young adult, in return they will have a choice of a present donated form Hasbro or a £5 Gift Card from SEND Family Support and a selection box donated from Anna Kennedy Online & SEND Family Support.
As Always, we at SEND Family Support appreciate and understand that some SEND children/young adults may not be able to cope with the noise and excitement of the Christmas Market, so there will be an option to visit Santa's Grotto ONLY (with a separate quieter entrance).
Inside the Christmas Market - there will be Christmas Castles and Snow Globe managed by the Big Bounce Theory ~ Meet Elsa ~ Music Performances from Nicky Fisher Entertainment ~ SENDFS Lucky Dip ~ Sensory Play ~ Arts & Crafts ~ Christmas Market Stalls.
Outside the Christmas Market - Information and Support from SEND Family Support ~ Anna Kennedy Online ~ P3 Navigator ~ Family Information Service ~ Hillingdon Children Centre's ~ All Things Inclusions & Autism ~ and more still to confirm.
You will also be able to purchase Cakes and Cookies from Tanpreet, as well as Hot Food from Spicy Fusion & beverages too, should you want to do so.

When you have booked you will receive an automated confirmation email with payment methods for the Santa's Grotto & Bouncy Castle Access Passes. If you do not see this email, please check your spam and/or junk email folders. Please don't forget to book in advance, so Santa can update his nice list. You don't have to pay when booking but reserving a space is important. If you can pay for the Santa's Grotto before the date of the event, we will be better able to guarantee a gift for your child/ren & young adult/s.
