Traditional capitalism's fixation on profitability cultivates an egocentric mentality that systematically overlooks organizational best practices and ultimately sabotages coherent brand messaging. Vijay has designed a pioneering interdisciplinary model that incorporates qualitative research, semiotics, linguistics, and psychology to activate self-awareness as a guiding principle and drive holistic decision-making in business.
In this four-hour workshop, Vijay will walk 3-4 participants through the steps of decoding their unconscious decision-making patterns. The volunteers (and all attendees) will engage with a series of open-ended questions on an interactive board, while reflecting deeply on their own process. Alongside each volunteer, Vijay will co-create and refine a phrase that captures and illuminates their distinctive approach to ethical decision-making: their Unique Operating Philosophy (UOP).
