🇦🇺 Erik Dreibants, green Michelin starred chef, "Pavāru Mājas" owner and founder and co-founder of Riga’s 3 Pavari, will be hosting a seminar discussing modern Latvian cooking. As a member of the Slow Food movement Erik is committed to food sustainability and renewing Latvian traditions, methods and foods. With a carefully prepared photo presentation, Erik will be discussing Pavaru Mājas history and telling us about the local farmers and products of the Līgatne area. The seminar will finish with a demonstration of a two course meal. This seminar will go for approximately two hours. It will be translated from Latvian to English.
