Semi-Fit Tuesday> Meets Tuesdays @ 6:30PM
> Starting from Columbia Park
The goal of this ride is to train for faster rides with higher elevation (so that folks can be ready and work towards participating in Fit Fridays). Everyone who is ready to challenge themselves to become stronger is invited!
More rigorous than a Slow Roll or Wander Wednesday, rides will be brisk, longer, and may incorporate hills. Personal fitness should be moderate with the intention of becoming a stronger and more fit cyclist and being safely outside of your comfort zone. Bikes should be prepared for hills and longer distances; we don’t want to drop people so please come ready to push on a bike that can make the trip!
Always bring water, consider packing some food fuel for the ride, and check your tires beforehand.
