Join us in Southampton for a soulful semi-classical Bollywood dance session inspired by “Ishq Hai” from Mismatched, composed by Anurag Saikia.
In this one-hour experience, we slow down. We breathe. We move with grace.
This session is about reconnecting — with your femininity, your softness, your culture, and yourself.
Living in the UK, we often get caught up in routines, responsibilities and stress. This workshop is your pause. Your moment to leave worries at the door and simply feel.
No previous dance experience is required. This space is open, welcoming and beginner-friendly.
Dress Code
You’re welcome to wear traditional Indian attire (kurti, lehenga, Anarkali) or any comfortable outfit that allows you to move freely.
