We will take a deep dive into the SalesCenterED approach to selling assisted living services to our prospective residents and their family members. The core of our discussion will be centered on the eight SalesCenterED Sales Standards. In addition, we will also discuss how the selling behaviors associated with these Standards are equally applicable to our personal lives as well. A thorough examination of the motivations of our buying customers and how we can respond to those motivations in an ethical and professional manner will also be included. Lastly, we will learn and practice the "anatomy" of a sales call which allows us a broad framework for conducting efficient and effective internal and external (outreach) sales calls.
