✨ SelfLove Color Club™ ✨
Play is medicine. Connection is village.
Every Sunday, you’ll be matched with an intimate group of new potential local gal pals for a cozy coloring date! 🎨💅💖🖍️
These friendship dates become your weekly ritual of unwinding, laughing until you cry, crying until you laugh, and remembering you’re not alone through it all.
No networking. No small talk scripts. Just colors for every mood, pages for every story, and presence to witness every feeling.
Here’s how it works:
✨Sign up in 90 seconds: One click, you’re in.
✨Mailbox magic arrives: Your starter bundle comes tied up in ribbon with color pages, a welcome note, and little surprises.
✨Every Sunday = connection. You’re matched with our other gurls at cozy spots around town for the coloring party like a café, bookstore, or park.
Only twenty bucks to join our group, then free unlimited Sundays. Come once, come every week — it’s your new village square.
We check the productivity and performance at the door. Come to feel free to let loose, be silent or be loud, be vulnerable while you play, honest while you unwind, and joyful while you reconnect.
🌈 Come color your heartbreak and joy. New friends are waiting!!
PS- Choose your adventure: Rage Walk = release, movement, raw. Color Club = slow, reflective, creation. GOOD GRIEF GURLS offers both options every week. See our full calendar to RSVP anytime.
💌 Pilot season bonus: early participants get first dibs on founding chapter memberships when we expand.
Agenda
Arrival & Warm Welcome
Info: Check-in Table: Grab your starter goodies bundle including Friendship Bingo cards + stickers and a name tag.
Instructions: We start by breaking the ice good grief gurls style — your job is to find as many squares as you can before we start color clubbing
Silent Social Color Hour
Info: Choose your adventure! Pull up a seat at our introvert-friendly silent table to indulge in your emo vibes without any disturbance, or join the social table to have a good yap and spill some tea with like-minded gal pals who totally get you. Swap tables any time as your mood changes. We’re going to create, color, and commune. Start by choosing a coloring page from the abundance of options. Over the first 30 minutes, color quietly or chat lightly — there’s no pressure. Our friendly host will always be on hand to offer optional tender color prompts to each table like filling in a shape that feels like your current emotional state or use the colors you feel drawn to today.
**Attendees color individually or alongside someone; gentle conversation encouraged.**
Guided Reflection Micro-Break
Info: Gentle "Color Walk" (10 min):
Walk slowly, silently (or with soft instrumentals).
Encouragement: notice colors around you — flowers, murals, architecture.
Prompt: "What colors are calling to you today?"
Sharing Circle + Prompted Reflection
Info: We invite all the gurls to continue coloring while we host a gently guided sharing circle for anyone open to being vulnerable, being seen, being loved on, being heard, being celebrated, or simply just being alone together in silence if you prefer. Some ideas of what you can share might be "Share one thing your coloring revealed to you."
"What color or shape surprised you today — why?"
"If this moment had a color, what would it be, and what emotion does it carry?"
Color Your Goodbye
Info: Group photo moment: People hold their coloring pages, color palettes, or pieces.
