Self-Study Yoga and Sound Bath

Embark on a journey of self-exploration with a svadhyaya (self-study) yoga session and sound bath led by Aarika Capra and Jennifer Williams.

The yoga session will blend breath work, mindful stretching, and asana practice with moments of reflection and mantra. You will be guided to turn inward, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself with intentional movement and thoughtful pauses. This all-ability level class is designed to not only strengthen your body but also to nurture your soul.

The sound bath will offer an opportunity for you to rest and rejuvenate after you move your body during the yoga session. You'll be grounded by nature all around you and we'll use guided meditation and Tibetan and Crystal sound bowls, chimes and other soothing sounds to help you clear away stuck energy and feel more balanced.

This event will take place at East Side Art Institute. It’s located in Lafayette, CO on 14 beautiful acres. We are so excited for this organization to be co-hosting with us. They are all about creating community and they have several classes and events there, from pottery, creating mosaics or painting classes to an Elderberry Festival.
