Holly will be teaching the basics of feeling energy, the energy centers in the body, and the hand placements used for reiki on the self. ​Reiki is a non-invasive healing therapy and is based on the belief; there is life force energy flowing through the body. This can be used on yourself, pets, and all around energy!Bring note taking tools and an open mind. A handout will be provided.
