In this interactive session, we’ll explore how our emotions are like characters inside us, each playing a role in how we think and act. Through creative activities and group discussions, you’ll gain insight into how these emotions interact and identify emotional triggers in your daily life.

Session 2: Befriending Our Emotions
Date & Time: 26 Nov, 7-9pm
Learn to see your emotions as messengers and engage with them compassionately. This session focuses on understanding the purpose behind each emotion, using visualization and group activities to develop practical strategies for regulating and managing challenging emotions.

Session 3: Integrating and Applying Self-Management Skills
Date & Time: 3 Dec, 7-9pm
In the final session, you’ll put everything into practice by creating a personalized self-management plan. We’ll use process work techniques to explore how emotions manifest in the body, helping you become more aware of physical sensations tied to emotions and develop a plan for managing them.
