Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special Self-Love & Affirmations Gentle Hatha session at Grounded Yoga. To honor the theme of self-love, we’ll incorporate uplifting affirmations and set empowering intentions throughout the practice. We’ll conclude with a peaceful meditation, leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and deeply connected to yourself.
