Journey within to understand and accept yourself on a deep level. This will be a powerful 2hr online workshop AND a 6hr in person event, broken down into 4 stages of cultivating self-love.
💛Self-care – you will learn about the importance of self-care, and why it contributes to our overall sense of self-worth.
💛Self-respect – we have all heard the saying, that others cannot respect us if we do not respect ourselves but what does this really feel like?
💛Self-worth – this is a deep rooted sense of being aligned with your values and understanding who you are on a deeper level.
💛Self-acceptance – the culmination of our evening together will conclude with exploring what it means to accept all aspects of ourselves, physically, mentally and spiritually.
I give my all to every session I run, whether it is in person or online. I am 100% present, giving you upmost care and respect throughout. My ultimate goal is that you connect with the deepest part of yourself and through raising awareness, magical shifts can take place.

After the session you will receive a guided meditation recording to continue working with, which may trigger further insights and realisations.
