Self Love Workshop

If you can't love yourself, how the hell are you going to love somebody else?

And that's why the weekend before Valentines Day -- we are hosting a Love Yourself: Self Love Workshop

Fill your own cup first and join us as we unlock the transformational power of self love. This in-person event will take place on Sunday, February 9th, 2025 at 4:30 PM at the cozy Highlands Yoga Room.

Get ready to feel empowered and confident as we meet ourselves through writing exercises, affirmations and mirror work in a warm and welcoming environment.

Angie will lead you through a guided self love meditation to help fill your soul with love, confidence and good energy. We'll then turn to self reflection as we guide you through writing prompts to help you realign with your self, your love languages and show admiration through written love letters to ourselves.

Finally, we'll create personalized affirmations and practice using them through mirror work.

Great for anybody looking to work on their self-esteem, show kindness to themselves or just be around a community of positivity. All materials for the workshop will be provided and a self love stationery package will be yours to take home!

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and any other items for comfort. For writing exercises, participants will have the option to a table and chair
