Join us for our Self Love Walking Club! Let's get our bodies moving while we build one another up.
Meet: 9:00 AM
Stretching: 9:10 AM
Walk Duration: 9:20 AM - 11:00 AM
Route: We'll be walking around Anna Jean Cummings Park. (Approx. 1.8 miles)
ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME.
Space is limited. Please RSVP only if you can attend. If your plans change, please cancel your ticket so we can accommodate more guests.
What to bring: Plenty of water, sunscreen/SPF moisturizer, and Terra & Self deodorant to stay feeling fresh.
Parking: Parking can be found at the parking lot next to the park playground. If this lot is full, keep driving down to your left, and another parking lot can be found. We will meet at the parking lot next to the playground.
Bathrooms: There are no bathrooms so please make sure you use the bathroom before coming on the walk.
Food/Drinks: This trail is away from any food areas. Please remind yourself to bring plenty of water and/or snacks for our walk.
Dogs Allowed: Bring your friendly dogs along for the walk to get their exercise as well!

Introductions/Stretching Session
Info: Introduce yourself to the rest of the group and share one fun fact about yourself, followed by a 5 minute stretching session to get our bodies moving and ready to walk.

Walk (3 Miles)
Info: Get to know one another with questions while we walk together.
🕑: 10:45 AM - 11:00 AM
Closing
Info: Wrap up our day sharing appreciations.
