Join us for our Self Love Walking Club! Let's get our bodies moving while we build one another up.
Meet: 9:00 AM
Stretching: 9:10 AM
Walk Duration: 9:20 AM - 11:00 AM
Route: We'll be walking from Derby Park to Steamer's Lane and back. (Approx. 3 miles)
ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME.
Space is limited. Please RSVP only if you can attend. If your plans change, please cancel your ticket so we can accommodate more guests.
What to bring: Plenty of water, sunscreen/SPF moisturizer, and Terra & Self deodorant to stay feeling fresh.
Parking: All parking is in the neighborhood around Derby Park. They do not have a parking lot. Please keep this in mind when planning your trip to our meeting location.
Bathrooms: There are portables at Derby Park if you need to use the restroom and bathrooms located at Steamer's Lane if you need to use it before we turn back.
Food/Drinks: Water fountains can be found in both locations. There is a small cafe located at Steamer's Lane. Please remind yourself to bring plenty of water and/or snacks for our walk if you do not want to purchase or use the water fountains.
Dogs Allowed: Bring your friendly dogs along for the walk to get their exercise as well!

Introductions/Stretching Session
Info: Introduce yourself to the rest of the group and share one fun fact about yourself, followed by a 5 minute stretching session to get our bodies moving and ready to walk.

Walk (3 Miles)
Info: Get to know one another with questions while we walk together.
🕑: 10:45 AM - 11:00 AM
Closing
Info: Wrap up our day sharing appreciations.
