Self-Love Sunday | Valentine’s Edition is an intimate community wellness experience hosted by Glow Up Detroit.

We’re creating space for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience self-care in a calm, intentional environment. This gathering is designed to feel soft, grounding, and personal.

Guests can expect a thoughtfully curated experience including candle making, guided mindfulness activities, mini relaxation moments, and intentional connection with like-minded women. Light refreshments will be provided, along with raffle giveaways throughout the event.

Capacity is limited to 15 guests to preserve the intimacy of the experience.
