Self Love Sunday- Creating Boundaries and Respecting Them

Learning Target: I will show myself love by identifying people (kids, family, friends, dating, work) I need to set boundaries with, learn how to set boundaries, and make sure to follow through when I set boundaries so that I can protect my emotional well being and foster healthy relationships.
Cost: $25 (ages 12-17 are free with paid adult)
Join Amber Broihier in practicing whole Self Love on Sundays at Jenstar! Each class will include time for quiet introspection, sharing (if you feel comfortable), meditation, journaling and a variety of tools and strategies focused on the learning target of the week. Themes will vary week to week and the formatting of the class may change slightly with each topic, but expect to feel loved and supported as you journey inward towards a deeper, more connected relationship with your whole self. Together, we will learn•grow•love.
