The workshop will begin with everyone getting to know each other with an emphasis on friendship and inclusivity. There will be yoga poses and games, mindfulness and meditation.
Everyone will enjoy açai bowls to nourish ourselves then we will spend time making our inner rockstar process art mannequin heads👩🎨🪩✨
And we will finish with new friendships, oozing in self love, toasting marshmallows, making s’mores at the firepit and enjoying free play
This will be a small group with 2 leaders
