This is a space to slow down, release tension, and intentionally choose rest — no experience needed.

Event Details & Guidelines
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
- Doors will close promptly at 7:05 PM to avoid disrupting the session.
- Guests who arrive late will forfeit their ticket.
- By attending, you agree that the class may be filmed for promotional purposes.
- Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable to another guest with at least 24 hours notice, or credited toward a future class.
