Self Love Sound Bath

The Self Love Sound Baths are a monthly ritual hosted by the Wellness Warrior Collective and held at Corktown, Detroit.

Taking place on the first Monday of every month at 7:00 PM, this experience is designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and intentionally step into the month ahead with clarity and purpose.

This is an invitation to return to yourself—before the week, month, noise, and the demands take over.

These sound baths are for anyone who:

• Craves a grounded, intentional start to the month
• Feels overstimulated or stretched thin
• Values self love as a practice, not a buzzword
• Desires alcohol-free, nourishing community

This is self love in action.

• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket and pillow for support
• Water
• An open heart
