Self Love Sound Bath
You are invited to a Sound Bath in a tranquil outdoor space that is centered around the topic of Self Love. We will start with a guided meditation that will lead you into the present moment and open your heart to receive peace, presence, and healing. When we give ourselves an overflow of love and self care, we are empowered to give unconditionally to others causing a beautiful ripple effect in the lives around us.
