This retreat will guide you into profound self-acceptance through gentle practices, rituals, and reflection, allowing love to become your natural state.
Through guided meditations, somatic movement, and mindful self-love practices, you’ll soften into the wisdom of your soul, reconnect with your inner radiance, and step into a life of alignment, joy, and authenticity.

Kallie is a Spiritual Guide and Energy Work Facilitator with over eight years of experience walking the path of healing and self-love. Having devoted her life to embodying divine love and wholeness, she now holds sacred spaces for others to reconnect with their own inner radiance, step into their power, and live from a place of deep self-honoring.

Info: As you enter this sacred space, you’ll be invited to settle in through a gentle grounding movement practice. This time is for slowing down, arriving fully in the present moment, and preparing to receive. With guided awareness, we’ll connect with our breath, release tension, and open our hearts to the journey ahead.

Opening Ceremony
Info: We will begin with an intentional opening ceremony, creating a space of love, presence, and deep self-honoring. Through a Guided Meditation to Call Upon Your Higher Self, you will connect with the divine wisdom within, inviting your highest self to move through you throughout the retreat. This ceremony serves as a sacred initiation into deeper self-love, setting the foundation for the day’s transformations.

"What Would You Do If You Loved Yourself?" Life Assesment
Info: Self-love is about honoring yourself in every aspect of life. In this session, we’ll work with a Life Assessment Wheel to reflect on key areas: relationships, health, career, spirituality, and more. Through guided self-inquiry, we’ll explore where we feel strong and where we feel called to grow. The central question guiding our exploration will be: "What would I do if I loved myself?" This practice will illuminate what is asking for your attention and how you can cultivate greater balance and fulfillment.

Embodying The Higher Self & Creating An Action Plan
Info: Once we’ve gained clarity on where we stand, we’ll take it a step further—envisioning the life that feels most aligned with our highest self. Through journaling and reflection, you’ll begin to map out actionable steps to bring you closer to the fuller, more vibrant version of yourself. What shifts need to take place? What small yet powerful choices can you make daily to embody your most radiant, authentic self? This is your opportunity to bridge the gap between where you are and where you desire to be.

Nourishing Lunch
Info: You’ll be invited to slow down and savor a charcuterie-style meal, made with love and filled with high-quality, natural ingredients. This is a time to nourish yourself, enjoy meaningful conversation, or simply be present with your food and breath. Resting and receiving are essential aspects of self-love, and this break allows you to integrate the morning’s insights while being fully supported.

Loving Kindness Meditation
Info: After lunch, we’ll transition into a Loving Kindness Meditation, a beautiful and heart-expanding practice that cultivates compassion for ourselves and others. You’ll be guided through a meditation that invites you to extend love inward—to your body, mind, and soul—and then outward to the world around you. This practice is a reminder that the love we so freely give to others is also meant for ourselves, and that true self-love radiates from the inside out.

Somatic Movement: Listening To The Body
Info: Self-love is not just a mindset—it’s an embodied experience. In this session, we’ll explore somatic movement, a gentle and intuitive practice that invites you to listen to your body’s wisdom. Rather than following a structured routine, this is about exploring what feels good for you, allowing your body to move in ways that feel natural, nourishing, and pleasurable. As we tune into our sensations and release tension, we deepen our relationship with ourselves and cultivate a sense of trust in our body’s guidance.

Closing Ceremony & Sharing Circle
Info: To honor all that has been uncovered and embraced throughout the day, we’ll close with a final reflection and sharing circle. You’ll have space to journal, share insights, or simply sit in stillness as the energy settles. We will end with a Guided Meditation to Anchor Your Higher Self, allowing you to integrate all that you’ve embodied throughout the retreat. Together, we’ll acknowledge the shifts that have taken place and express gratitude for the journey. With a final energetic closing, we’ll seal this experience in love, ensuring you leave feeling empowered, supported, and deeply connected to your true self.
