Start your morning with intention, compassion, and self-love. This 75–80 minute circle is a gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect with your heart, and honour yourself with grace.
Through gentle heart centered Yoga - Facilitated by Yogi Jenny, guided meditation, mindful breathwork, and reflective journaling, you’ll explore what it means to truly love and honour yourself—just as you are. Together, we’ll create a safe, nurturing space to release self-judgment, invite in peace, and begin the day grounded in gratitude and self-compassion.
