Self-Love Journey with Cacao, Sound & Dance
Step into a sacred space where Heart-Opening Cacao, Healing Vibrations, and Liberating Dance come together to awaken our Spirit. Facilitated by Sound Healer Carla @cosmicvibesholistichealing and Dance Therapist Yami @beatroot_dance.
- Cacao Medicine from Kichwa Ecuadorian Tribe
We begin opening our Circle with an intention setting and sharing a warm cup of Ceremonial Cacao, a Sacred Plant Medicine known as the “Food of the Gods.” Cacao gently opens our heart, deepens emotional clarity, and invites us into presence and connection. We will sing and dance Medicine Songs in her honor.
- Sound Journey
Allow yourself to be bathed in the healing resonance of Crystals Singing Bowls, Gong, Drum, Rattles, Chimes, and Voice. These vibrations guide you into states of deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic alignment.
- Dance RitualThrough guided and free-form movement, we awaken our body and liberate our soul. Dance becomes a prayer, a meditation, and an offering — reconnecting us to joy, vitality, and freedom of expression.
We will close our Circle with Integration and Grounding practices.

This ceremony is for everyone — no dance experience is needed. Simply come as you are and allow the music, movement, and medicine to guide you home to yourself.
