We are so excited to welcome Kinzie Conley, owner of All Things Serene, for Alyth community yoga. Join us for a self love yoga class that focuses on appreciating the strength and balance that already resides within our beings. This class includes seated, kneeling, and standing asanas suited for yogis of all levels. Meet us on the mat for a beautiful hour of movement and gratitude.
This is a donation based class. Suggested donation is $10-$20 per class. You can venmo your donation to @alythactive, bring cash to class or add it to your check out if you decide to do a little shopping after class! :) We will have a discount/giveaway spin wheel so you can snag a great deal on a new outfit after class!
What to bring:
Please bring your own yoga mat and water!
We would love for you to stay after class to join us for some time as a community. We also welcome you to stay and shop and check out our local, small, woman owned business!
Parking is available along Washington Ave or in the lot behind our store. Please use our front entrance along Washington Ave for class as we keep our back door locked at all times.
