Celebrate yourself and internal world with love this valentines, by sitting with Mama Cacao who will help us connect to our heart spaces.
About this Event

While Valentines if often and rightly a time that is taken to celebrate and appriciate our loved ones, we cannot give love from an empty cup. By sitting with Cacao in ceremony, our relationship with ourselves can be deeply explored, and our self love cups filled. As Mama Cacao activiates our heart center, we will guide you through a 2 hour session, where we will take time to center with a soundbath, take time to go inwards with a shamanic journeying guided meditation, pull oracles, journal and a connect to one another in a sharing circle. We will end with a vegan and gluten free snack.

Please bring water, yoga mat and a blanket/pillow to get comfy.
