๐Ÿ”น Introduction & Demonstration: The session will begin with an introduction and demonstration of the breathing technique, with space for any questions before we start, ensuring everyone gets the most out of the experience.
๐Ÿ”น Guided Breathwork Session: A 45-60 minute guided breathe, with hands-on acupressure from Nathan where required to support your experience. You can expect group and individual guidance to ensure your safety, comfort, and connection with the practice.
๐Ÿ”น Music & Atmosphere: A powerful and carefully selected playlist will accompany your journey through the experience.
๐Ÿ”น Energy Healing & Deep Relaxation: Nathan will offer optional energy healing as you enjoy a deeply soothing savasana, where profound feelings of relaxation, joy, and gratitude are common.
๐Ÿ”น Reflection & Sharing: Space will be provided for group sharing and personal reflection. You may also choose to journal or speak to Nathan 1:1 at the end.

๐Ÿ‘• Wear loose and comfortable clothing, with no buttons or zips above the waist and no tightness around the abdomen.
๐Ÿฅ— Avoid eating for at least 1 hour beforehand (if possible, 2 hours is even better).
๐Ÿšฐ Stay well-hydrated before and after the session.
๐Ÿšซ Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and any intoxicants for at least 24 hours before the session.

โš  Contraindications: While breathwork can benefit many individuals, there are certain conditions where caution or avoidance may be necessary. Please be aware that the following conditions are contraindicated for Conscious Connected Breathing:
โŒ History of seizures or epilepsy
โŒ Pregnancy (first trimester)
โŒ Detached retina or any eye condition affected by changes in internal pressure
โŒ Psychotic episodes

Nathan is a Natural Lifestyle & Wellness Coach and a trained Breathwork Facilitator through the renowned Breathguru. He is passionate about holding safe space for others and thrives in this role. His calm nature is a testament to the deep personal work he continues to do.
