Self-Love & Acceptance Group with Oahu Group Therapy

The workshop will be held inside of the YMCA Central location on Atkinson Dr in Honolulu. Parking is free across the street inside of the Ala Moana parking garage. This workshop is limited to 12 members, to mimic the maximum group therapy size. Attendees will have the option of continuing on to our Self-love and acceptance group, which will meet weekly for 6 weeks. The workshop is led by two mental health professionals and attendees will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon entering the space.
