Common Roots is ready to start working with individuals and families that are looking to participate in Self-Help Housing. The Self-Help Housing program provides an avenue for low and very low-income families to buy their own home and lower the cost through subsidized interest and sweat equity. The orientation meeting will go over some of the steps and expectations of the program.
