Self Healing Development Workshop
Presented By The SSHAC Team.
This months self healing workshop will focus on zone reflexology to assist our mental health and wellbeing.
Exploring hands,feet and face we will apply basic reflexolgy to stimulate self healing.
Please note (unless otherwise stated) that all our events are doors open at 6.30. Please arrive by 7.15pm for a prompt 7.30pm start. We bolt our door at 7.30pm to avoid any disruption during our meditation or High energy channeling work.

** A temperature reading is required on entry.
**You are encouraged to sign our track and trace waiver which also explains guidance on social distancing, hand sanitising etc.
**Please refrain from hugging during your visit as we are currently doing Namaste until further notice.
**Class Fee Is £5.00 with light refreshments and snacks available to purchase from the SSHAC tea bar.
**Please note all SSHAC Events are for over 18's only unless stated otherwise.
