This self-healing guided meditation is an active meditation in which we use Theta Brainwaves (4-7Hz) to create profound changes on all levels - body, mind, and soul.Each week, we have a different topic and the class starts with an introduction to the energy work we will be doing on the day, followed by about 45 min of guided meditation.
