About this Event
We are offering a half day seminar on Monday, February 10th, 2025 entitled “SELF-FULL HEALING” from 2:30 - 7:00 pm (agenda below) at Delgado Community College’s city park campus library room #160. The seminar offers wellness strategies for yourself, first responders, police and safety officers, co-workers, administrators, family members, and neighbors; anyone grappling with the Bourbon Street attack and tragedy on January 1st in New Orleans, LA, as well as increasing violence and inflammatory rhetoric occurring nationwide. We will have 2 sessions with a 30 minute break between them. The sessions will include power points, group discussion, coaching, and worksheets to help you find your own best answer, and leave with an action plan in hand.
