Meditative painting, Gong Bath and self-exploration workshopWe are inviting you to a one-day retreat for your body, mind and soul in the beautiful and calm Salig studio, Copenhagen.
In these days it is really important to embrace the contact with ourselves, to find the way how to talk with your physical and emotional bodies. Maybe not just to talk, how to listen and understand.
It is so common that we feel tired, exhausted, unhappy, confused, …, we don’t have energy or feel sick and we don’t know why. One of the reasons why we don’t know, just because we lost contact with ourselves. We simply can’t hear or understand what our body tells us.
This one-day retreat is about embracing contact with ourselves and bringing your own physical and emotional bodies back “in Tune”. And also about bringing back the most natural state - JOY!
Program:
In the beginning of the day we will embrace self-exploration through special workshop guided by psychologist Aiste Venskune, then after we will lie down for a gong bath to open up even more, to release what is not serving to your higher self and to integrate changes.
Then Vegetarian Lunch served by Vita de Lux
After Lunch we will encourage self-expression through the Art therapy. In simple words – meditative guided painting about your own personal experience. We will invite your soul to talk through the brush and movement of our hands, and of course - The Colors.
The day will be finished by the integration and sharing circle.

Duration: 9:30-16:30

Facilitator: Aiste Venskune. She is psychologist, sound therapist, energy healer and really curious, open-minded being.
