Our weekly meetings of guided meditation and body practices are designed to:

Take care of your emotions and body tensions
Develop awareness of destructive behaviors
Learn to accept and live with discomfort and solitudeDuring these sessions, we’ll create a safe and welcoming space to:

Each weekly session, we will dedicate time to create a deep connection with ourselves, fostering more authentic contact with others and the world around us.
